The on-line application portal is expected to open by July 15, 2022, six weeks before the deadline of August 31, 2022. Selection interviews for candidates who pass the preliminary evaluation shall be held at the end of October 2022.

A recent TOEFL iBT 79 or IELTS 6.5 test result is mandatory (not older than 2 years by the time of application). One recent reference from a university teacher (with date, handwritten signature, letterhead and stamp of the university), must be delivered in a sealed envelope to our office in Jerusalem by the deadline, it is recommended to use an express mail service such as Aramex or FedEx.

In the Development-Related Postgraduate Courses (EPOS) • DAAD you will find different deadlines for each participating course. Students apply to the university directly and include the DAAD application form
This is also the case for the Helmut-Schmidt-Programme (Master’s Scholarships for Public Policy and Good Governance - PPGG) • DAAD , the deadline for all participating universities is July 31, 2022
